AdCockpit ("we", "us") is an ad-operations tool that connects your advertising and analytics accounts, diagnoses wasted spend, and produces optimization recommendations. This policy explains what data we handle and why. We collect only what the service needs to function.
Information we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to identify your account.
- Connected accounts. When you connect an advertising or analytics platform (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, X, Yandex, AppsFlyer), we store the access/refresh tokens that platform issues, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). We use them only to read reporting data and, where you explicitly trigger it, to apply the changes you approve.
- Advertising & analytics data. We read campaign, cost, geography, and user metrics from your connected platforms to produce diagnostics and recommendations.
- Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly. We keep a record of credit purchases and balances.
- Usage & audit logs. We log actions taken in the app (e.g. analyses run, changes applied) to operate the service and provide an audit trail.
How we use your data
To provide the service: authenticate you, connect your accounts, generate diagnostics and recommendations, apply changes you approve, meter credits, and maintain security and an audit trail. We do not sell your data.
Service providers we share with
We share data with the following processors only as needed to run the service:
- Google, Meta, X, Yandex, AppsFlyer — your connected platforms, via their APIs.
- Anthropic — to generate AI analysis of your metrics. We send only the aggregated metrics needed for the analysis, not your credentials.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Neon — encrypted database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting.
Google API data
AdCockpit's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads and Analytics data is used solely to provide the in-app features you request and is never used for advertising or sold.
Data retention & security
Connection tokens are encrypted at rest. We retain your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any platform at any time, which stops further access. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at support@adcockpit.io.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw connected-account access at any time. Contact support@adcockpit.io and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
