Terms of Service

AdCockpit connects your advertising and analytics accounts, diagnoses ad spend, and produces optimization recommendations. Some actions can, at your explicit request, make changes to your connected ad accounts. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the changes you approve.

You must own or be authorized to manage any advertising account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.

• The Service runs on prepaid credits. New accounts receive a free starter balance.
• Paid credit packs are purchased through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Credits are consumed when you run analyses or apply actions, as shown in the app.
• Purchased credits are non-transferable. Because credits are digital and consumed on use, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion — contact support@adcockpit.io for billing issues.

Do not use the Service to violate any advertising platform's terms, to access accounts you are not authorized to manage, to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or for any unlawful purpose.

AdCockpit provides diagnostics and recommendations as decision-support tools. We do not guarantee any advertising outcome, cost reduction, or return. Recommendations are not professional, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for changes made to your ad accounts.

The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google, Meta, X, Yandex, AppsFlyer, Stripe, Anthropic). We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, data, or actions, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdCockpit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for ad spend, lost revenue, or changes applied through the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Unused credits may be forfeited on termination for cause.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
